If your goal is to lose fat and tone we will focus your training program around the exercises which are the most efficient at fat and calorie burning, whereas if you wish to gain muscle we will focus our attention on helping you gain strength and muscle mass. Either way our trainer will give you 100% of their attention and focus in every session. We make your goals as important to us as they are to you. All of this gives you the best chance to achieve your targets and perhaps surpass your own expectations.
At HideAway Fitness we believe that privacy and seclusion is one of the most important things we can offer our clients. Our gym studio is set in a private residential area and so offers our clients the ability to work out with their personal trainer in complete privacy. Our fully equipped gym studio offers the same state of the art equipment that one might expect to see in a commercial gym but in a non-intimidating, non-judgmental and safe setting that can be used by only you during your session.
Nicola, the personal trainer at HideAway Fitness is a fully qualified, Level 3 REPS registered certified trainer and nutritional adviser. This means that you can workout safe in the knowledge that your trainer is experienced and can help you get the best out of every workout. We are able to teach you good form so that you can train with a decreased risk of injury. As a nutritional adviser, our trainer is also able to create structured nutritional plans and therefore help you on both your nutrition and fitness journeys.
Monitoring progress is one of the most important aspects of development and improvement. We meticulously monitor our clients progress, both in terms of their own goals and their overall fitness. We do this by completing monthly progression tests which allow us to ensure that you are heading towards your targets. Additionally this allows you to see how much you are improving which should give you an extra boost of motivation! It is important to us to see that you are continuously progressing and developing, this is why monitoring your progress is one of the pillars of any fitness programme that we will create for you.
Motivation to exercise does not come easy to anyone all of the time.
