Nicola is the personal trainer at HideAway Fitness she is a fully qualified, Level 3 REPS registered certified personal trainer and nutritional adviser. With years of experience you can workout safe in the knowledge that your trainer is skilled and can help you gzet the best out of every workout. We are able to teach you good form so that you can train with a decreased risk of injury and enable you to buildstrength, lose fat, tone up and gain confidence. As a nutritional adviser, our trainer is also able to create structured nutritional plans and therefore help you on both your nutrition and fitness journeys.
